As a PhD student based in the Centre for Studies at Hull University Business School, I am approaching my research into the relationships between urban nature and wellbeing, from a systems perspective. I’m interested in pathways along which activities taking place in urban natural spaces can have impacts on human wellbeing, at individual and community levels. This blog comprises insights gained throughout my research, about the subject matter, but also about the research process itself.
Prior to starting my PhD, I was a veterinary surgeon, and I still have a strong interest in wildlife. You can read my wildlife blog here. If you’d like to get in touch with me, you can do so via my website.
